Dashboard - How to compare staff related groups ?

1630075253639.png

Hi,

I'm building a dashboard. I'm using the "Staff state" library. Weirdly enough the groups available to compare are only related to locations. Why so?

Thanks,

Leah

Hello @Leah R,

I helped answer your other question so I used the model you uploaded from there to test this problem. When I created a new dashboard and selected a Staff State chart it did give me the groups of the staff.

Please make sure you select the correct FlexSim Version when submitting a question. The question says you are using 21.2 but your model loads as 21.0. The version helps us know if your problem might be occurring because you don't have the latest bug fix of the software.

Are you currenlty using the latest buxfux of the software? You can check this by sleecting view and then start page.

You will notice that on the right side of the start page it will say your software version. If you see a triangle warning then you are not up to the latest bug fix. Select the triangle and it will automatically start downloading the installer for the latest bug fix for you.

Let me know if this fixes the problem for you or not.

Thank you @Jeanette F , I'm going to post it as a private question because uploading the model did not solve the issue :)
