If you have a license, you can find More Version' download button in the account page. But you have not the license, you can download only the latest version.
Yeah, I have a license but with my line manager account, so I can't do anything.

That is the only method for downloading any version of FlexSim. So, I would recommend contacting the person in charge of your line manager account and having them help you download an older version of the software.
