AGV Model, invalid triggering event (Process Flow warehouse)

Hi everybody

I open this topic because I have an issue with my simulation project with AGV. This is my thesis project and I'm trying to simulate an AGV plant. After some simulation I noticed the error in the attached .png and I observed that the material flow of the mission of the AGVs stopped around 70.000 sec in the warehouse Area, but I' m not sure that this phenomenon is related to the error.

In the process Flow AGV-Warehouse some tokens remains staked in one activity.

I want to takle the problem and resolve the malfunction, but I really appreciate if someone can give me a hand.

I attached here the last version of the model and the error

Thank to all

The shuttles no longer load anything from that moment (80000s) becouse in the AGV-Werehouse processFlow has been inserted the BatteryChargeThreshold equal to the BatteryResumeThreshold

It happens that as soon as the shuttles go to charge (i.e. at 30 becouse indicated in the BatteryRechargeThreshold) they recharge up to the specified value (i.e. 30 which would be the BatteryResumeThreshold). In this way as soon as they leave the station they must recharge again becouse their level immediately drops below 30.

Hi Riccardo,

I noticed that for some items, missions are created and sent to the mission list for the agv connected to your AGV-werehouse process. The problem is that sometimes the missions are created even if your item has already been trasported to the WIP area. It happens that when the other shuttle (eg AGV 2 or AGV3) bring your item on the MultiPack processors, your item is destroyed and on the token already created with the mission, the reference to the item is lost.

You need to understand when and how you create the missions on the list. A solution for now might be to add the following control to the Werehouse AGV process:

I hope i was helpful.

Hi Fiorenzo, your solution solved the problem related to the error, but not the second part of the question. If it can help I think that the issue is related to the battery of AGV and the process of recharging. the situation is very clear around the 70.000-80.000 sec when AGV of the Area 1 going in arrest and the saturation drop down, but the AGV of warehouse Area continue to go along the path without charging any Load unit. I saw that if I set a bigger battery in the AGV the phenomenon is posponed.

I hope that I'm been clearer in the explanation of the problem

thank you very much for your answer
