a problem in Flexsim totourial in AGVs Using Process Flow

Hi,

There is a small problem in my practice at Flexsim totourial in AGVs Using Process Flow (https://docs.flexsim.com/en/20.1/Tutorials/TaskLogic/Tutorial4AGVs/4-2AGVsUsingProcessFlow/4-2AGVsUsingProcessFlow.html)

I tried to rebuild the model, however, there is a bug that I can't fix.

Please help give the advice how to modify this problem.

@Che-Wei Chou I did not look into your model but the path line connection in your model looks like to have a disconnection to destination or has not the parpoint1.

The disconnection issue can be solved using right button of the mouse clicking 'Refresh Patgh Links' on the popup menu.

Or parkpoint of 'Control Point' is not located on the AGV network.

Hi David,

I carefully check the model, but can't find the disconnection between PartPoint1 and main AGV network. By the way, the model can run well in the begining, however, the error msg popup almost in the end of simulation.

The connections from the parking paths to the main loop are set as one-way, meaning the agvs are not allowed to travel back to the parking points, as they would need to drive over them in the wrong direction. Change them to two-way or add another curved path that allows them to drive to the park point when coming from the right.

You also have an invalid list set in the transport option of "Staging2", which results in an error message on every reset.
