Building a library from objectes created by process flow.

I have multiple models, and I want to drag them from the library in the same way the default or standard Flexsim objects can be dragged into the 3D model.

Sounds like you're looking for Custom Libraries (also known as user libraries):

You can place objects in a user library for dragging into a model. I'm not sure I've fully understood your requirement as the method by which the objects in the library are created shouldn't matter.
