conveyor deadlock

This kind of conveyor is directly connected to the temporary storage area for logical reflow, and I am also confused about the deadlock phenomenon

Please post that model for us to see exactly how you've set up that deadlocking queue and conveyor - I've not reproduced it.

Just uncouple the conveyor exit event from the release from the queue using a zero delay/breathe.
