How to making process flow with model?

I want to create a process flow with a model. As part of the flow process, the transporter will pick the goods in the rack and floor storage and place the goods in the queue.
The condition is - FIFO picking, if you want to pick up the items inside, the outermost items must be placed in front of the shelf or surrounding first. therefore picked up the product and put the items outside back into the shelf. How to making process flow ?

Hi @K T4,

I have attached a basic model that shows how to use process flow to move items from a rack to a queue. I recommend that if you want to always want the oldest item to be the first one to be pulled from the rack, use a gravity flow rack where the oldest items are put into the back of the rack.

(Rightclick on the file attachment -> Save Link/Target As (might be called differently depending on the browser) -> Set "Save as type" to All Types -> Save with a name ends with .fsm)
