I changed the conveyors now the photo eye does not show at all. i tried to make a customized conveyor without making any changes to it but still it doesn't show, i also tried to make a new conveyor with photo eye on a new model and put it on a plane and copy the plane but it did not work either. what should i do i have a a big facility layout and i already changed the conveyors?
Does your photo eye need to be moved to be on the conveyor. It currently says in your image that it has a z of -3. Is that how it is supposed to be? Are you able to upload a sample model that we can take a look at?
