@Paulina B6 , we need more data to analyze an exception error. Typical this starts with an involved model, a log of an event list, a screen print of statistic collector table, … The later items can we generate ourself from a model file ourself. If you aren’t allowed to share your model, you can send it privately. There exists a chapter in manual to debug a model and you find by a search here several questions and answers for this topic.
