Conveyor transfer On Entry and On Exit events don't all trigger

When listening to On Entry and On Exit events on conveyor transfers, most of them don't trigger.

To reproduce: open and run the attached model.
Expected behaviour: one token is created by each source.
Observed behaviour: only Entry transfer - On Exit creates a token.
