Experimenter result is different from the simulation result

Hello everyone,

I come here to ask for suggestions: I am simulating a model with a Performance Measure results. However, when I simulate some replicas in the Experimenter, the replicas has different random stream than in the simulation and in some occasions the simulation failed and I can't know if it's a model problem or a bug inside FlexSim (I simulated a lot of time to see if the model collapses, but it doesn't). I tried the following:

1. I press the dropper of the experiment replica to simulate the same into the model + the Repeat Random Streams option checked. But the simulation gives a different result.

2. I thought that maybe some items didn't have On Reset Poistion and starts with different position. But no. When I reRun the replica in FastForward or in normal Run, the result is the same (the stream is fixed correctly, not as the Experimenter).

3. I tried to check on Experimenter "Restore original state after each replication" but the each time I simulate the replica on the Experimenter, the result changes.

I have the following options on Experimenter:

Any more suggestions to try? I think it's the connection between the Experimenter and the Performance measure, but you know how it works internally.

Thank you! And sorry for not sending the model, my company doesn't allow me to share it.

Is replication 3 the one that fails (since that's what your model is set to run)? What is shown in the system console? If you have any code in the draw events on which your model relies for decisions/timing then the experiment will do something different since the replications have no draw events. Make sure your model repeats interactively before running experiments. Use event log comparison to check for a match and detect the reasons for not matching.

You are right! It appears some errors on the Console Output > System Console.
Thank you, I will analize it!
