Translation:

Hi, my 3d model keeps moving downwards and sometimes when zooming in the image fails. The weird thing is that it started happening after I uploaded my new license. I've tried installing it, uninstalling it, previous versions, disabling the license, etc, but I can't solve it and it's very awkward to work with the grid moving continuously.

Maybe you have a controller connected to the PC whose stick is offset from the center position?
