Trust Flags: BROKEN (After software / Windows Updates)

FlexSim shows that it is no longer licensed after updating Windows.

I checked my licenses by going to the License Activation Window (Help > License Activation), then going to the View Licenses tab and pressing the View Licenses button:

How did it happen that my trust flags are broken? How do I fix that?
