How to retrieve a FlexSim HC document?

Hi everyone,

I've recently tried to retrieve the word document associated with an HC FlexSim model called LK_AGR Imaging. Googling "LK_AGR Imaging FlexSim", I pulled out the page indicated in the attached document). When I click to the link to download the .doc file, all I get is a (black) indow named "clear.gf). I've tried with Firefox, Chrome and Explorer.

Is this because the file is no longer available for download? Is there still a way to get the document?

Hello Ghada,

Unfortunately the old forum had a crash a while ago and some attachments have been lost (source: https://www.flexsim.com/community/forum/showthread.php?t=2939).

I've found a local copy of this document on my computer so I attach it to his post: lk-agr-imaging-center-writeup.pdf.
