Our University bought one license for the Flexsim HC. However, we would now like to uninstall it from one PC due to technical matters and reinstall it on another one. Is there any specific procedure we should follow during the uninstall? Thank you in advance.
@fenia tseligka I would install Flexsim on the new PC, make sure it worked correctly. Then on the old PC return the license and then on the new PC activate the same license again and you are ready.
Steps for returning and re-activating your license can be found within your FlexSim Account, on the licenses page, under Upgrading Licenses:

These instructions take you through the steps to return a license, upgrade the license (which you can skip if this does not apply to you) and then activate the license again.

Even though your license is one seat, it's possible that your university (or someone else reading this later) has a license-server-based license.

Thank you for your help. I want to fully uninstall from computer A and install the same license to computer B. Should i follow the same procedure that you describe?
Yes, My two comments above detail upgrading a license (for standalone or network licensing, respectively), but the same principles apply to moving a license, namely:
The upgrade instructions have a middle step, "upgrade the license" which you can skip if your license is up to date.
After the license is activated on the different computer you can uninstall FlexSim from the old computer.
