What would be the best next activity for a decision point, if I wanted the patient to use the closest registration desk? For example, if they enter through the ambulance area, I would want them to check-in at registration closest to the ambulance door. If they are a walk-in, I would want them to check-in at the front desk registration.
I had originally created two separate tracks, but I feel like it is possible to just do it in one patient track.
Yeah, I wouldn't make a separate track just for using a different registration desk. You can even put all the logic in a single Patient Destination field and avoid using a decision point.
I would use the Based on Patient's Destination pickoption and map each entrance to the registration desk you want them to go to.
