I want to know when the last patient left - how can I record that on the dashboard?
You can stop your model when the "last patient" leaves. It can sometimes be tricky to determine who the "last patient" is, but there are some suggested options for defining the condition for terminating the model. Here's a screen shot of the On Entry Trigger option called "Terminate Model Based on Condition" you might consider using in your PatientExit object.
