What are the plans for using Unicode UTF-8 in FlexSim Healthcare?

I would very much like to clarify the situation in 2019

Unicode UTF-8 will be available for in FlexSim Healthcare beginning with the 2019 version of HC (ie. the version built upon the People Module contained in standard FlexSim).
