The HELP states once you create a mandatory path you need to select the transporter that is to use that path and select "Use mandatory path". I cannot find such a selection on my transporter properties.
Where is "Use Mandatory Paths" selection on a transporter?

I found the selection but I am still not getting what I expected. I need forklift to travel a designated path for loading to queue 2 and another path as the forklift travels back to queue 1. The forklift does not move down path.transport-a-designated-route.fsm

The mandatory path needs a full connection to (loop) to continue along the path. You can see this by clicking on A* -> Visual -> Show Grid -> Getting the last node on the Mandatory Path on the same grid as the last node will allow the Transporter to make a continuous loop.
