Is there any fix for this rack error?

The error it gave me:

exception: Exception Caught in ObjectFunction238__project_library_FlexSimEventHandler_behaviour_eventfunctions_OnReset object: /Rack Area 4/Rack1000 class: /Rack Area 4/Rack1000

exception: Exception caught in TreeNode::receivemessage()
exception: Executive::__reset()
exception: int Executive::reset()
exception: reset

Whenever I loaded the file or reset the sim it would give me this error. If I deleted that specific rack it would stop, but when I tried to reopen the file my copy of flexsim broke and I had to reinstall.

Correction: After 2 attempts to reinstall, I can no longer run 19.2.3 as it crashes on launch

FlexSim 19.2.3

If FlexSim is crashing on startup after previously working, it is probably because your prefs.t file is corrupted. See #6 of FlexSim installation or startup errors. Deleting your prefs.t file should make FlexSim start up properly again.

We can't tell you what is causing an exception without the model. Please attach the model that has the exception in order for us to debug it and explain why it is throwing an exception.

Not sure what changed but it fixed itself. Thank you for the advice though.
