I have recently downloaded Flexsim 2020 and I wish to familiarize myself with it. I am trying to go through all the tutorials and such but I am encountering a strange problem. When clicking the Take a Product Tour button on the start screen, it gives me an error message.

There was a problem with the download path for the new 20.0 release, but that has now been corrected.
Sorry for the trouble, but thank you for bringing it to our attention.
For those who do not see this option, the product tour download icon is only displayed on FlexSim's start page for systems where the main monitor is set to 100% dpi scaling. The product tour currently does not work for other display scales. If you have a high dpi monitor currently set to greater than 100%, feel free to temporarily change your display scaling to 100% and then relaunch FlexSim to try the product tour. In Windows 10 you can change your display scale by opening Windows 10 settings, then searching "dpi". Choose the option "Change the size of text, apps, and other items".
