FailedNodes file

Hi,

I have a model I'm not able to open anymore ; and a file named "XXX.fsm_FailedNodes" was created (XXX is the name of my model). When I try to open the model, FlexSim crashes.

If I open the FailedNodes file with a notepad, there is just "<no path> /Sol_5/RM0546" (RM0546 and Sol_5 are 2 objects of my model).

Do you know what I can do with this FailedNodes file, and when it was created ?

Thanks,

Pierre

The path printed there is the path to the object that was being saved when an error occurred in the save operation. So it looks like the last time you saved it threw an exception when trying to save the RM0546 object. The intention is that you look at that file so you can salvage as much info from those objects as possible before closing FlexSim and possibly losing work and so you can know what you should redo once you reopen that file.

Did you overwrite your model with a corrupted version? You could look for a version of your model saved with the .fsm! file extension (with a ! at the end). This is the second to last saved version of that model.
