Trouble in placing tote on conveyor to exit to sink using process flow

I'm new to FlexSim and this is my first modelModel_6_3_v3.fsm. I'm modeling 1 picker who picks 2-line orders from a rack with 5 bays and then places fulfilled order onto conveyor to exit to sink. I can't find the entry transfer on the conveyor to make the tote travel the length of the conveyor to the sink (and then then tote doesn't disappear). Any help would be appreciated!

@fortnasim.administrator,

It sounds like you need an entry transfer on a conveyor, but you don't necessarily need a queue in front of it. There's an unconventional method for doing this. I'll explain it and add a gif and hopefully that will help.

The first thing you'll do is make a A-connect from an object to the conveyor. Then, right-click on the newly created entry transfer and select "Remove Connections" from the list of options. This will eliminate the connection, but keep the entry transfer.

I also updated your Process Flow so that the "Move Pallet Onto Exit Conveyor" activity's destination is the entry transfer instead of the exit transfer. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
