In my model, 62% of the computers produced are type 1, while the rest are type 2. When the computers finish assembling, they ship to the packaging area. A system assembly request is received according to an exponential distribution with an average of 4 minutes.

Your post doesn't have a specific question tied to it, nor do you have an example model for us to work with. That said, I've done my best to build a small example model that does what you've described. It incorporates triggers in the queues as well as some Process Flow logic.
