Problem creating time tables for Clerks

КДЦ 2020_07_16.fsm
Good day! Faced a problem while creating time tables for Clerks. Two races were created as some Clerks start working earlier.
1) When the model starts, everything works correctly, but at 08.10 a.m. the patient approaches the Clerk4, although it starts working at 09:00 a.m. In this case, the patient ignores the free Clerk2. What can this be connected with?
2) Also, during the break at 12:00 a.m., patients come to the check-in counter, but this should not happen. How to get the connection between the patient and the Clerk and not the patient with the registration desk?
Thank you in advance!

The patient doesn't acquire Clerk4, they acquire Registration4 and Clerk3. The way your model is set up patients acquire any registration desk and any registration clerk. You're not limiting it to getting the clerk from the same desk. You've put the clerks on a schedule, but the desks aren't on a schedule and so the patients can freely acquire any of the desks at any time.

Two possible solutions for you are:

1. Instead of acquiring a desk and then a clerk, acquire a clerk and then acquire that clerk's desk. That way the patient can only go to a desk with an active clerk. This previous question shows a few ways to acquire the desk associated with a specific clerk.

2. Add the desks to a time table too. This way both the clerks and the desks will be unavailable at the same time.
