I need a graph or table or statistics collector or whatever that allows me to get the idle and processing time from a processor from 8 am to 12 pm and another one from 12 pm to 4 pm. Any idea ? Thx!

Are you able to post your model or a sample model? That will allow us to give an accurate example model as a response. Your best bet is to use a Statistics Collector that listens to the state of the processor for those time periods.
