How to store item in Rack regularly using AS/RS ?

I want to know how to put item regularly in Rack using AS/RS.

I've already set "Rack - slot assignments strategy : First Slot with Space " , but it's not work.

It happened like captured picture. I don't know what's wrong, so anybody help?

Your model runs normally. It's OK like pictured;

I don't touch anything in your model.

What do you think about 'First Slot with Space'?.

You can store tote items regularly without any problems using 'Random Bay, Level, and Slot with Space' or 'Random Bay, Level, and Slot'.
