I'm trying to ask a question because I'm not sure about the current agv's movements.
The model I made is in this state.
The problem is that there is a green agv under the red agv.
place of green agv is empty space because elevator is on the second floor. so First floor is empty space.
so i want like as this picture
The elevator is on the second floor but agv doesn't there under the green agv
I don't know how to make this look. I would really appreciate your help. thanks.

Because all of your AGV paths seem to be one way the logic that runs the elevator was having a hard time finding the correct destination CP for the floor it was traveling to. I edited the Floor CPs list in the process flow to have an additional field called cpDistanceDest that calculated the cpDistance backwards from the standard way. I then edited the pull from list activity "Get the Dest Floor CP" to order the list by that distance instead of the original distance. I have provided two pictures below that illustrate those changes. I also moved the call points and elevator a little bit to make the visuals a little bit nicer. I believe that with these changes the model is working as you expected it to.
