Agent System heatmap and dashboard

hello, I got this sample agent layout (see attached) sometime ago from flexsim, and I'd like to show these heatmaps and dashboard information to my original layout. What have been set to this sample layout (beside agent system) to show all the dashboard information and the heatmap?
