Flexsim HC- Two Questions around resource Following barriers and Elevators

Is there a way to have the elevator door open in certain direction based on the floor? So for example on second floor Open the north elevator door while in the 4^th Floor open the south elevator door?
I’m not sure why but majority of the resources ( Staff) don’t follow the barriers (walk throught the barrier) that I Draw , while the patient does follow it, and walks as I designed him to, any help why the staff doesn’t do that?

1. This is not currently a feature of the Elevator object.

2. You need to add the Staff objects to the A* Navigator. See this tutorial step for an example: https://docs.flexsim.com/en/20.2/Tutorials/FlexSimHC/1-4AddAStarNavigation/#astar
