Experiment does not complete all replications

I am trying to run 30 replications. I have the system restore to original state after each replication. After 8 replication the other 22 stay red and no error messages.

I changed "Repeat Streams of replication" to 9, 10 and 11 to see if those were crashing, but they complete the run in interactive view without issues.

Check the steps in this post - as you're running 20.1 it shouldn't be the bug Jordan mentioned.

@jason.lightfoot, because Ignacio's indicated version 20.1.2 includes bugfixes only up through 20.0.6, it could still be that bug, which was fixed in 20.0.7 and 20.1.3.

Hi @Ignacio,

I see you've added some comments on another experimenter question. The answer there was to upgrade FlexSim past version 20.0.7 to solve for a bug.

The version you indicate on your question above, 20.1.2, includes bugfixes up through the LTS version 20.0.6, but not the 20.0.7 that Jordan indicated has the bugfix for the "restore original state" checkbox.

You can upgrade to 20.1.3 to include the 20.0.7 bugfixes, or downgrade to the 20.0.9 LTS version, or upgrade to the 20.2 branch (if your maintenance is current).

Let us know if the bugfix solves your issue.

How do we upgrade to the 20.1.3? I don't see an upgrade link.

I downloaded 20.2, but it required a license upgrade

@Ignacio, there is a section in our FlexSim Versions article that explains how to download previous versions. You'll need a license either in your FlexSim Account or shared with your FlexSim Account in order to see the More Versions button described in the article.

If you don't see the More Versions button, get with the license owner to either have them share their license with your account, or they can download the 20.1.3 installer themselves to transfer to you.
