Global Table from different reference

I have been trying to copy this data into a global table in order to assign the cleaning time into the setup time according to the variant number.

I have over 58 variants that I change their sequence and consequently the cleaning time between the variants change.

I have to enter the cleaning time manually every time I change the sequence. I don't want to have to search for each variant number among the all 58 variants in the global table (Cleaning Time P1) manually to change the values.

I tried to only include the variants and their cleaning times associated with each sequence in one global table but it gives me errors.

Please help me out.
