23.1 Reinforcement learning como resolver?

I'm making the model for reinforcement learning training, but when I run the commands in Visual Studio they are giving errors, can you help me with this?


Estou fazendo o modelo para treinamento por aprendizado por reforço, porém quando vou executar os comandos no visual studio eles estão dando erro, conseguem me ajudar com isso?
