FlexSim HC Exception Caught in Schedule

Hello, I'm having a problem with the attached model. I have 2 registrars and 2 associated registration bays that are on a different schedule than the rest (Registrar_4 and 5 and RegistrationBay4 and 5). I have created separate schedules for these locations and resources.

When I set the hours for these flex resources different than the rest (say, only available 9-1 instead of 8-5), the model runs fine. However, if I set all the hours for the flex resources to "off schedule" in an attempt to turn them completely off, the model runs fine for the first week of model time and then throws me an "Exception Caught" error for the flex schedules. If I ignore this error and continue to run the model, the second week of model time runs as it should, but at the start of the third week the flex resources completely ignore their schedules (and are open for patients 24/7).

Any help is appreciated, I am completely lost as to why this is happening!

Thanks.

P.S. the password for the model is: 135254

I do remember that the software doesn't "play nicely" with shift schedules that are completely filled up with the Off_Schedule state. A better way to "turn off" a resource is by defining fewer active members using the "Active Members" field on the resource group object. There is a similar "Active locations" field for Areas that can be found in Quick Properties for an area block in the Flowchart.

If running an experiment, both these parameters can be easily changed with experiment variables available just for this purpose.
