I want to change too the t-shirt of the operators for one with a custom logo. I was trying to change this in the folders where FlexSim is installed, but I couldn“t achieve any successful result.

You can do this by overriding the 3D texture of the operator's shirt, using the Customize Shape window:

Click the More Visuals button in the Visuals panel of Properties. Then push the Customize Shape button. Then choose the Tops mesh (his shirt), check Override, and then load a custom 3D texture for the shirt. Here is an example one I made by modifying the file in C:\Program Files\FlexSim 2021\fs3d\Operator\OperatorMale_LowRes\OperatorMale_Top.png

CustomLogoTop.png

To keep the 3D texture on the shirt you'll need to also copy the Operator_MaleTop.normalmap.png file and put it in the same place as the other image. Make sure it has the same name as the other image too, but ends with .normalmap.png. So in my case I would name it CustomLogoTop.normalmap.png.

Thanks a lot! I changed it. Do you know if is possible to keep the wrinkles of the t-shirt after change the shape? When I add a new shape, the texture of the t-shirt changes too and seem more simple.

Do you know if is possible to change the color of the t-shirt without affecting the custom logo color? Is the only way to change this color in the .png image, or there are any option to change this into FlexSim?

@Oscar N Are you using a copy of the original shirt texture like the one I attached above?

If you use this texture it keeps all the shirt's texture.

No, If you change the color of the shirt it will change the color of everything including the logo.

With the texture, I mean the waves on the t“shirts. In the image, the operator in the left has de original t“shirt and the operator in the right has a custom logo t“shirt.

The original one has a more realistic look.

Thanks a lot!

That's part of OperatorMale_Top.normalmap.png

So, I should overwrite the original t“shirt in the same folder with same name to have the texture (waves) in the custom logo t“shirt?

I wouldn't overwrite the installed file, because that will change the shirt for all operators you ever make in FlexSim.

You just need to also copy the Operator_MaleTop.normalmap.png file and put it in the same place as the other image. Make sure it has the same name as the other image too, but ends with .normalmap.png.
