Material Supply to production line different stations

I would appreciate help to solve a material supply to a production line.

The idea is there are 10 blocks of assembly stations in different locations and I have 3 different Car with material for those stations, which are ordered randomly.

In this case I will work only with 1 material car, that has material for the first 5 assembly stations

The block 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 assembly stations have material in the first material car

Block 1 process 4 pieces

Block 2 process 4 pieces

Block 3 process 1 piece

Block 4 process 1 piece

Block 5 process 1 piece

This means the car has 10 pieces

Once Block 1 process all the material car needs to advance to Block 2 once the material for block 2 is processed it advance again to block 3, and same for block 4 and 5.

While the Material Car advance to block 2 other material car needs to arrive full of material to Block 1, and this repeat with a third Material car, the material cars start a cycle.

And the process starts again.

How do I make this loop work?
