Possibility of having two independent AGV paths

Is it possible to have, in the same simulation model, two independent AGV paths and, therefore, two independent AGV circuits?

Sure @Manuel F. Silva, there is no problem in having two different AGV networks. You could have also two different process flow logics to control each network or if it applies, you could have only one logic to control both.
