Token stuck in subflow

Hello,

I wanted to create TaskExectuers which carry 4 pallets as trailers behind them to load material on it.

So I created a SubFlow to create the pallets. Afterwards the pallets should be rearranged in a customcode. Unfortunately, the flow items stuck in the subflow and are not created in the 3D view.

Is it working how you would like? If not can you post your model? It is hard to help without a model to reference.
