Do I have to rank the patient arrivals from the earliest to the latest ?

EDIT : I can't seem to upload my images properly... so I put them in the comments below

EDIT 2 from @Clair A: I embedded your images back in your question.

Here is the table I import from Excel :

Here is the arrivals – Source arrival that I thus have in flexsim :

As you can see, the 8am arrivals are not after each other, even though they are for the same day (same for the other starts).

Thus, at the end of the simulation I get the following PersonMilestonesCollector:

As you can see the IDPatient does not match the Start time / Created time anymore.

Is there any way I can fix this?

Thanks in advance,

Leah

Hi Leah,

Let's assume I fill 3 arrivals as below:

  • 8:00
  • 8:30
  • 8:15

There are not in the right order. But when I hit Reset, FlexSim automatically re-ranks the arrivals in the correct order:

If you don't have the same behavior, please attach your model and Excel file in a comment below and we will look at your model. My assumption is that there is a mistake in the way you manage your IDpatient label, but without looking at the model I can't be sure.
