How to override AGV item load zloc? Also avoid traveling facing back?

Hi everybody! I have two questions:

  1. How can I override the zloc of the 2nd pallet loaded by the task executer? I tried the on load trigger to no avail.
  2. Sometimes after loading the AGV will face and drive back. How can I assure that it always drives with the load facing front? Thanks guys.

Hello Enrique,

1.- This can be fix with Process Flow using the activity change visual > Set Location. Then you can use a group to listen for all the AGVs.

And you only have to configurate your Z location 1623373774085.png

2.- This part will depend by path of the AGV. You need to define the paths with entries and exits to the stations. This happened because the are some bidirectional paths.

I attached and example of paths and the Process Flow.
