Connect to Webserver - LAN and VPN

Hello, I have already looked at this question.

https://answers.flexsim.com/questions/78300/how-to-connect-to-flexsim-web-server.html

It still doesn't seem to work. I tried connecting from my phone. I am using port 81 and if the IP of my machine is say 10.0.50.110, the URL will be http://10.0.50.110:81 right? Can we setup a call so maybe you can walk me through it?

Also, I wanted to know if I am logged into my company VPN, can another computer on the same VPN connect to the webserver?

There is not enough info in your question. We don't know if your license server and your phone are on the same LAN, or the firewall configuration, or other aspects of your lmadmin install. And regarding the VPN question, again we just need to know more info. I don't really understand the context. "I am logged in to my VPN" - you mean the license server is connected to the VPN?

I think a phone call for your questions is the right idea, but when you need live phone or web support, or you would like to schedule live phone or web support, please call your local FlexSim distributor directly rather than requesting on Answers.

This community is more for asynchronous questions and you may not get the info you need in a timely manner. Usually a phone call with one of our support reps will get you the help you need right away, or allow us to schedule something.
