Items are not loaded where I want

Hi!
I have problems with load items in my cupboard.
As you can see in the attached model, the operator load items since areas that wouldn´t make sense in the real life.
I have put a plane but it doesn´t work well.

I don´t know if you can see the cupboard and this chat doesn´t leave me upload it.

Hello Oscar. I am not sure that I understand your question. Could you explain better what is that you are tryng to accomplish? If it is a positioning/visualization issue, have you tried using the CHANGE VISUAL activity?

Yes, I will try to explain better

In the model, the operator load a item since here, behind the cupboard, instead of ahead.

I want that the operator load the item since the frontal part of the cupboard, that´s why I put the plane.
I hope i have explained better this time.

I have moved the plane a bit. You can position it exactly where you want for the operator to stop.

In this case it works fine, the problem is my real model, which is still working bad. I cannot attach it for work reasons.

What I have attached is a model similar to what I have to do. The problem I have is that the operator takes the first item well, but the second one takes it where it seen in the following photo:

My question is aimed at knowing if there is any way to be able to tell the operator to necesasarily take the item from the front, because I don´t know why it goes to the back.
