AGV stop at a control point

I have problem figure out why "OHAGV" stopped at a controlpoint named "U_3", while I couldn't find the mistake been made after refreshing path link for entire network and checking the connected path direction. I would like to know why this happened. Thank you!

I read from a previous question, tried to check "show control point/area allocations", and I saw ohagv has brown connection with the cp it stops in the simulation. Then I guess the problem is ohagv is allocating the cp that is used to define itself a traveler agv. I'm not sure if this is the reason, while after trying to move this traveler agv cp from main path to branch line, the issue seems to be solved. I still feel like a kind of unclear, is the "traveler agv" connection going to affect control point allocation?

Hi @Fiona C,

I believe that the reason the previous version of your model was getting stuck was because the OHAGV was being blocked by the Gripper on the AGV path. The Traveler AGV connection doesn't affect control point allocation. That's just how the AGV network knows that that object is attached to the network.

I seem to recall that in another version of your model you had the chassis and the gripper on separate AGV paths to prevent this interference. So maybe you could try that again? See Problems with AGV speed and process flow synchronization - FlexSim Community.

I hope this helps! Let us know if you have further questions!

@Ryan Clark I didn't use two paths in this model, so maybe interference isn't the main reason. I have fixed some logic in process flow, so the problem hasn't happened currently. It might be logic mistakes I made somewhere in model.
