Patient Companions notcoming into the model

The attached model was created in FlexSim 20.0.3 with considerable help from Flexsim. I am upgrading it to FlexSim 21.2.4. It runs when I put in 0 companions but when I insert 1 companions, neither the companion nor the patient will ener the model.

I cannot "See" what I'm doing wrong.

The issue is in the Patient field of the Identify Companion activity. This model has the word "patient" in that field meaning that this activity will duplicate the patient and all its tokens. I fixed the model by changing that field to use a By Percentage option that 50% of the time creates a new Male person, and 50% makes a new Female person.
