I am facing issue while retrieving patient label which was assigned in arrival schedule. This problem is only happening while using list for arrivals.
Can anyone help me to figure out the issue?

The MD label is only present on the pulled token. If you want the label to be copied to the patient, you first have to copy it to the token that creates the patient.
Might I ask why you are using a list instead of having the token from the Date Time source create the patient directly?

I was expecting the same question. Actually, my schedule have bookable and non-bookable slots. So I need to filter bookable slots first and then generate patients accordingly.

Also, I have one more question if I can.
After copying label to patients when I am referring labels using "patient.labelname" in patient flow tab, I am facing error sometimes otherwise it is working fine. I am not able to understand reason. The error is Undefined variable patient.
Can you help me to get the reason?

It's difficult to know without more information. If you can't upload the model, can you at least share screenshots of the error message and the settings of the activity that causes the error?
