How to preempt idle and acquired staff in people process flow?

[ FlexSim 22.0.0 ]

I have 2 types of boxes with different priorities.

Box Type 1 requires one staff from A & B & C staff groups.

Box Type 2 requires one staff from A & B staff groups

If staff from Group A is acquired by Box Type 2 but is idle as it is waiting for another staff from Group B before processing, staff from Group A should be preempted by Box Type 1 request for staff A.

How can I do it?

The Priority values used to acquire People resources are set up on a system of tiers; 0-99, 100-199, 200-299 etc. Higher values within the same tier indicate the next thing the staff would do. Higher values in a higher tier will preempt the staff.

So if your staff was acquired with a priority of 150, and a another acquire request was made with a priority level anywhere in the 200 tier that will preempt the resource to that request.
