I made a model where I simply store product on the rack but it doesn't accommodate the product correctly.
This worked fine in past versions but in 22.2 this stopped working.

The 2 models literal has de same logic.
This was a bug that was fixed - while it looks correct in 22.1, they way you had the rack configured actually meant it should have been able to stack the pallets as you see in 22.2 (and 22.0.6).
If you can't stack vertically then specify that in the rack properties by removing the Z+ option from the slot stacking order:
