Patient Acquiring Multiple Locations Without Cause

HI There,

My model suddenly has patients seemingly acquire 3 resources at once. I have no idea what has caused this or how to fix it. It's happening for all locations and all patients so I am confused about what I could have done that would have that type of reach. Help!

You have 3 source activities at the top of Patient Flow. You should only have one of them. Each of the three sources is making a token when the patient is created.
