Merci.

Hello everyone, can you guide me please, I currently have a project in a sugar refining company, I need to simulate the production process, the raw material (brown granulated sugar) arrives in the form of a bag, it is refined; remelted and decolorized in a fluid process then recrystallized and finally packed into boxes,

what are the technical data that I must look for to succeed in my simulation? and what are the objects and object parameters I need to use,

Is it a batch process or continuous?

The standard FlexSim objects primarily deal in discrete production or use a time-slicing approach to solve interdependencies of tank volume and rate or other feedback systems (not an efficient solver - eg. Euler, Runge-Kutta, DASSL). Take a look at the fluid objects and bear in mind that they have had no development for many years. You might want to consider building your own library for fluids or consider using the Floworks add-on module.
