Please resolve all exceptions and errors before posting a model. Unless your question is specifically about the exceptions. In this case your initial exceptions are because your source send to port needed to be set to first available not by case.
No items are flowing to the top conveyors because of the logic on your first DP. It is set to send items Based on ProductType which is values 1 through 6 and the output connections 1 through 6 are only for the first 2 "gas islands".
Based off what I have evalueated with your model you are missing some basic FlexSim knowledge and would benefit greatly from some tutorials. This specific tutorial goes over exactly what you are trying to accomplish in the beginning of your model. It is a sorting system. There are several other conveyor tutorials that may also be of help to you.
